The Zaporozhian Cossacks are directed by Davy Yates.

Davy has over twenty years experience on the professional circuit, he started dancing at the age of 11 under the professional guidance of Stephen Czuplak. Davy's debut performance was in Utrecht, Holland in 1986 and from there went on to entertain audiences throughout Europe. Performances include Spirit of The Dance. The Monte Carlo Festival, Real Madrid Football Club, etc and various performances for the rich and famous including royalty.

Television performances include You Bet, Pebble Mill and the Generation Game.

Davy is consistently developing new choreography to highlight the Cossack experience to ensure each performance is to the highest standard that audiences have grown to expect.
